Return Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction with every PIE Kit purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy is as follows:

Return Window: You may return non-custom, unused PIE Kits within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Exceptions: Customized kits created from your personal photo or used/opened kits are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return: Email us at magpieartsinfo@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Returned items will be inspected, and eligible refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval.
